Survey: In-Person vs. Remote Court Proceedings

On March 17, Chief Justice Morawetz released the Court’s Guidelines determining the mode of proceeding in Civil, Family, Criminal, and Small Claims Court to the Bar and the public. These Guidelines set out the presumptive method of hearing for any given matter, with the final determination of how an event will proceed to remain subject to the discretion of the Court.
