CCLA Statement on the Value of Law Libraries

At the Law Society of Ontario convocation on November 27, the budget for LIRN (the Legal Information and Resource Network), which provides funding for the Ontario county and district courthouse libraries, was reduced by 10%. This has resulted in a 14% reduction in funding for the CCLA.
