CCLA Membership Services Committee: Call for New Members
January 29, 2020
The CCLA’s Membership Services Committee is looking for 3 new members.
The Membership Services Committee is a standing committee of the CCLA Board of Trustees, to which it reports through its chair. Terms of Reference can be found here.
The Membership Services Committee typically meets every 6 to 8 weeks. The mandate of the committee is to assist the Board of Trustees and staff to develop and implement strategies designed to maintain, recruit and increase membership levels annually.
The CCLA fosters and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion by promoting the values and principles of equality and equity in its committee selection and programming. When choosing members, the CCLA attempts to ensure, as much as possible, that there is fair representation by firm size, practice area and year of call. We also encourage and welcome the inclusion of Judges and Masters from the region.
If you’re interested in joining the committee, please send your expression of interest to Sonia Morin, Membership Services Assistant, at email@example.com. Please tell us what you would bring to the committee and do not forgot to tell us about your practice and year of call.
The deadline for applications is Friday, February 21, 2020.
Please note: All applicants must be members in good standing of the CCLA.
