Introduction to the CCLA Diversity Committee
October 11, 2016
The Diversity Committee (“DC”) is a standing subcommittee of the CCLA Membership Committee. The DC has been created to assist the Membership Committee to identify and determine the overall approach that the CCLA should adopt to ensure it is inclusive of the entire legal community that the CCLA serves. Its purpose is to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the CCLA by enabling the values and principles of equality and equity in its organizational structure, policies, programs, and services.
This year we will be looking into the CCLA’s conferences, policies, education and outreach.
