Request for Input: LSUC Task Force on Compliance-Based Entity Regulation

As you may be aware, the Law Society has struck a Task Force to study the introduction of Compliance-Based Entity Regulation and is seeking input from lawyers, paralegals and others to look at options for the "proactive approach to regulation.” Such input must be provided to LSUC on or before March 31, 2016. The CCLA has struck a committee to review this and to determine if it will make any submissions on this matter.
