A new civil Practice Direction is coming into force on November 24th, 2025. The CCLA New Legal Professionals and Advocacy Club Committee is pleased to be hosting its Practice Direction WikiHow with Justice Kaufman. This event will be taking place at the CCLA Boardroom on Friday, December 5th at 8:30am - a light breakfast will be served! 

This event is open to all lawyers, paralegals, articling students and law/paralegal students but is geared towards those that did not attend the CCLA's 45th Annual Civil Litigation Updated Conference as Justice Kaufman is presenting the new Practice Direction at the conference. 

This is a great learning opportunity, and we anticipate the event will sell out, so register now! 

The registration cost is $25 + HST for CCLA members and $35 + HST for non-members.
