The morning portion of the program includes everything you want to know "after judgment". Plus, the afternoon, in partnership with the Advocacy Club, an intensive, practical and "hands on” discussion including:
* case analysis including how to develop and apply a theory and theme in a case;
* use of outlining to improve your direct and cross-examinations; and,
* creating persuasive closing arguments to leave a lasting and impactful impression.
You will have an opportunity to practice try and refine these skills, using simulation exercises, with the help of our coaches.
