GRANDMAITRE VIRGO EVANS Professional Corporation is seeking a bilingual real estate law clerk. You are an ideal candidate if you:
(i) have at least 3 years= working experience as real estate clerk providing support to a law firm=s real estate practice and capably manage purchase, sale and refinance files from start to closing;
(ii) are proficient in Teraview, Conveyancer and related real estate software applications;
(iii) enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team atmosphere;
(iv) have a positive attitude, superior organizational skills and an eye for detail; and
(v) pride yourself on your excellent written and oral communications skills.
