Estates Clerk

GRANDMAITRE VIRGO EVANS Professional Corporation is growing and looking to add a full-time ESTATES CLERK to its team. You are an ideal candidate if you:

(i) have at least 2 years= working experience as an estates clerk providing support to a law firm=s estate practice and performing such tasks as preparing and submitting probate applications, survivorship applications and guardianship applications, assisting in the administration of estates and assisting on various files and matters involving Wills and/or powers of attorney;
(ii) enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team atmosphere;
(iii) have a positive attitude, superior organizational skills and an eye for detail;
(iv) pride yourself on your excellent written and oral communications skills; and
(iii) are bilingual.

You will also be tasked with some administrative duties in support of the team=s wills and estates law practice and may be asked to assist in reception relief duties.
