Corporate Clerk

GRANDMAITRE VIRGO EVANS Professional Corporation is growing and looking to add a full-time CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL CLERK to its team. You are an ideal candidate if you:

(i) have at least 2 years= working experience as a corporate / commercial clerk providing support for commercial transactions and performing such tasks as incorporations, corporate reorganizations, maintenance of Minute Books and preparation of annual resolutions;
(ii) enjoy taking initiative and working independently within a team atmosphere;
(iii) have a positive attitude, superior organizational skills and an eye for detail;
(iv) pride yourself on your excellent written and oral communications skills; and
(v) are bilingual.

You will also be tasked with some administrative duties in support of the team=s business law practice and may be asked to assist in reception relief duties.
